Why does it take 24 hours to get my login details?

Quite simply, this is not an automated process. The details are checked by a human being!! And this human being has other things to do as well. We will send you your login details as quickly as we can. Please be patient.

I registered several days ago and haven't heard anything?

This can happen for several reasons. Usually it means that you mis-typed your email address so we are unable to contact you. Please wait for at least 72 hours (3 days) and if you still have not received anything then go to the SUPPORT page and fill in your details. Please DO NOT re-submit your registration form unless asked to do so by the support team.

Why do I have to give my Postcode?

This is purely to check that you are who you say you are. We also check your IP address for the same reason.
